Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CocoSEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CocoSEO is an automated content service that researches search topics, writes articles with cited sources, generates images, and derives social media posts for a website you connect. The Service includes topic research, content generation, image creation, and publishing integrations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
  • Submit URLs or content that you do not have the right to use.
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.

5. Third-Party Social Media Integrations

CocoSEO lets you optionally connect third-party accounts (LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram via Facebook Login) to publish AI-generated content on your behalf. By connecting an account you represent that:

  • You are the account holder or an authorized admin (e.g. a LinkedIn Page Super Admin, a Facebook Page admin whose page is linked to the Instagram Business account, or the owner of the Pinterest account).
  • You authorize CocoSEO to publish the specific posts you create or schedule in the product, using the OAuth tokens you grant, and to read the minimum profile / page metadata needed to make those posts (page list, organization list, IG Business account id, etc.).
  • You will comply with the terms of each connected platform — including the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, and the Pinterest Developer Guidelines — and you will not use the Service to post content that violates them.
  • You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Social Media, or by revoking access directly on the provider. Disconnecting stops future scheduled posts on that account and deletes the stored tokens from our systems.

CocoSEO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., LinkedIn Corporation, or Pinterest, Inc.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content generated through your use of the Service. CocoSEO does not claim ownership of your generated articles, images, or social posts. However, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs (URLs, keywords) to deliver the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by CocoSEO is produced by AI models. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing.

8. Subscription and Billing

  • Free and premium plans are available as described on our pricing page.
  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of charge.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

CocoSEO is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue from published content or SEO rankings.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your generated content remains accessible for 30 days for export purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
